About Minnie
A manager arrived to find six no-shows, a GP% nine points under, and three invoices unmatched. Minnie would have told her at 7 am.
The information to prevent every one of those problems already existed — in the EPOS, the rota, the invoices. It just wasn’t joined up, and nobody was watching it. Minnie changes that.
Why We Built This
Loredana and Marc have over 30 years of combined experience in UK hospitality operations. They kept seeing the same problems repeat — GP drift nobody caught until month-end, payroll errors that compounded silently, till discrepancies written off as “just how it is.”
The data to fix every one of those issues was already sitting in the EPOS, the rota, and the invoices. It just wasn’t being read, cross-referenced, or surfaced in time.
Minnie started as an internal tool — a way to pull the numbers that mattered before the morning shift, not after the month closed. It worked. So they kept building.
Today Minnie is infrastructure. It connects to the systems a venue already uses, reads them on a schedule, joins the dots, and delivers the briefing before anyone sets foot on the floor.
Principles
Always On, Not Always There
Minnie runs on a schedule — whether or not the manager is in the building. The briefing lands before the shift starts, every single day.
Connected to What You Already Use
No new hardware. No new workflows. Minnie plugs into the EPOS, rota, and invoicing tools you already run and reads them automatically.
Built by People Who've Run Venues
The people behind Minnie have been on shift, closed at 2 am, and done the books on a Sunday. The platform reflects what actually matters on the ground.
